Client Agreement
1) Nutra Corp service agrees to provide food and service known as Nutrafitmeals Meal Plan.
2) Client agrees to pay $12.50 delivery charge per day of deliveries. Deliveries will be made each Monday and Thursday.
3) Client agrees that Nutra Corp has permission to charge the above credit card number the amount due upon agreement of initial order. Thereafter the client agrees that automatic renewal of order will be charged until Nutra Corp is notified by client of cancellation of service by email at: cancel@nutrafitmeals.net, and cancellation is acknowledged by email to client by Nutra Corp. Cancellation of order must be made and acknowledged two days prior to the next delivery.
4) Client agrees to a one time charge of $40.00 for 2 insulated cooler bags which will shelter the meals from the elements and ensure freshness. The $40.00 payment for cooler bags is refunded when bags are returned.
5) Clients agree to rotate cooler bags with deliveries.
6) Reasonable customer complaints will be settled at the discretion of Nutrafitmeals.
7) Nutra Corp reserves the right to terminate service and refund the client's money for any reason.
